There will be a form for everyone to fill out to claim their spot and select their add-on swag!!! Early registration will ensure that any bonus items like name badges, t-shirts or any other surprises can be claimed. We’re already hearing some great things about Chaos Cup 2025 with contingents of coaches coming from Canada (to defend their title), the UK, Germany and even Australia!!!

If you haven’t guessed it, TOMB KINGS “aka the Khemri of Nehekhara” will be the theme for this year and we are super excited to announce that UGNI Miniatures will be our Prime Sponsor this year as they have generously donated their “SAND KINGS” team for our very own Josh Wojcik of Josh Wojcik’s Miniature Painting Service to donate their exquisite commission painting service for the team to become the feaure of our Charity Raffle.

We have a lot of our Chaos Cup Features coming back this year including the Charity Raffle (last year we raised $7k and hope to do even better this year), the Legacy Team Raffle (led by Ben Kampschroer, this allowed for coaches to donate their time/talent and submit figures to make a custom Blood Bowl team raffled off to one lucky coach), we will once again try and provide the Chaos Cup Ride Share program for coaches to get back/forth from the airport to the resort, the Chaotic Brush Painting Showcase for those coaches to feature their incredible talent and last but not least, we have a new rule set taking much of what was suggested and submitted in the feedback survey sent out after the event last year.

Pre-Registration is open from  through MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 1st, 2025. Please fill out the form and send your registration payment along with any add-ons by September 1st at the latest. Late Registrations are welcome but may not be guaranteed add-ons. Rosters are due no later than September 30th.
