LOVE A KID LUNCHEON

Are you curious about the impact of childhood hunger in Brevard County? Look no further than the Love A Kid Luncheon, where you can gain an inside look at how The Children’s Hunger Project is making a difference in the lives of our youngest and most vulnerable citizens. Our mission is to provide primary school students with food to take home in their backpacks each weekend, and we are proud to serve over 4,000 local elementary school students in 60 Brevard schools.

Our dedicated volunteers prepare and pack all of the food, and ensure it is transported to the schools. We work closely with Brevard Public School nutritionists to guarantee that the children we feed receive adequate nutrition. We are grateful for the support of area businesses, civic groups, and community leaders who volunteer, sponsor, raise funds, and promote awareness to help us feed more children. With your help, we can ensure that students return to school on Monday with a better and healthier basis on which to learn. Join us in the fight against childhood hunger in Brevard County!
