Hi Bob.
We enjoyed our SECOND packing event very much! Blair is a pro now.  It is such a joy seeing everyone coming together, learning about the real issues and working together to solve them.

You and your team are a complete inspiration and we are fortune to have all of you leading this charge.  So, so, so happy Health First was a leader in this!

 - Kimberly Agee / Health First

In addition to our deep appreciation to the over 2,600 volunteers that gave of their time to help us pack over $110,000.00 worth of food, we want to thank the following businesses that supported us with a donation of time, personnel and products: (Please let them know how much you appreciate their support of our kids)

Bob,

It was our absolute pleasure and an honor to be invited to participate in such a wonderful cause. The event was excellent, well attended, and extremely organized.

More important than thanking me, I'd like to thank you, Dave, and the entire Children's Hunger Project organization for all you do to support our children, and the hunger problem that exists. Please keep us in mind for future projects.

Warm regards,

Hi Bob!   I was honored to be part of the amazing food packing date last Saturday - what a successful outcome!  What an eye-opener too- it's one thing to hear about children receiving food to take home, quite another to package it and see it with your own eyes!

That is awesome!  Yesterday, I ran into a woman at the bowling alley with one of the Health First shirts on, it was an instant conversation starter and we are now FB friends!  Then I went to church at Ascension and saw another lady wearing the shirt!!

It was exceptionally well organized for the amount of people in attendance.  Well done....

Thank you Bob. It was a great day and I get such a good feeling see all the enthusiastic people coming out to help feed the kids. I got back a lot more than I gave.

I participated this past Saturday in the packing event and I just wanted to thank you all for the incredible work you did. I can't begin to imagine all the time and effort it took to get that set up. I was so moved by the whole experience and I'm still thinking about it (and telling people about it). I saw the 30-second time lapse video this morning - unbelievable!

Thanks for all the work you do for the children. Until now, I was unaware of the immense need for your organization in our community. I can honestly say that this one event really changed me as a person, so thanks for that too. :)

Thanks for everyone who came to support The Children's Hunger Project this weekend. We were in the second shift of workers. You can start to see our green Character Ed shirts about 10 seconds in, towards the top right of the screen

I would like to join the packing for February 23 if possible.  I enjoyed packing on February 8th, that was lots of fun!  Loved the energy!

Bob,

We wanted to thank you for the opportunity to help at the packing event.  My girls really enjoyed helping.  Your speech in the beginning of the event for our session was great.

We as parents also loved reading the brochure you handed out.  It is crazy to know so many kids go hungry over the weekends.

Hopefully my email address will stay on a communication list of other events.  We also would like other opportunities to help.

Thanks again for allowing us to participate.  Troop 1559!  Wendy Gaydar

Job well done!  Congrats on your hard work planning and organizing this!
