This event is your golden opportunity to see firsthand how The Children’s Hunger Project is serving up hope and nourishment to our youngest and most vulnerable citizens. Our mission is simple yet powerful: we provide primary school students with food to take home in their backpacks each weekend and during school breaks. Imagine the joy of over 4,300 local elementary school students in more than 60 Brevard schools getting the nutrition they need to fuel their learning!

Our dedicated volunteers work tirelessly to prepare, pack, and transport these essential meals to the schools, ensuring that no child goes hungry over the weekend. We collaborate closely with Brevard Public School nutritionists to select food items that guarantee that the children receive the balanced nutrition they deserve.

We couldn’t do this without the incredible support of area businesses, civic groups, and community leaders who sprinkle their kindness by volunteering, sponsoring, raising funds, and spreading the word. Together, we can serve up a healthier future for our kids!
