True story. Imagine being an elementary school student, lucky to be receiving weekend meals from TCHP. When you get home, what was supposed to sustain you on the weekends, you decide to share with brothers and sisters who are not on the program (either too young or too old), or the resources are not yet available for ALL elementary school kids who need it.

TCHP relies on donations to help feed more kids. Not everyone can afford to donate financially. Chances are, your club, team or company can set up a Food Drive. These drives are a great opportunity for different organizations in Brevard to support feeding hungry children!

FOOD DRIVE

Our kids were the lucky recipients of recent food drives by Viera Little League and Bright Horizons Academy. The two-month-long Community Outreach by 98.5 The Beach in partnership with the Brandon Lape team, held at local Walmarts with their Landshark Crusier, really made a big difference in our ability to continue to hold packing events with available resources, and to stretch the budget for not just TCHP kids, but also to help organizations that rely on our assistance, including Club Esteem, Cocoa PAL, and Brevard Cares. There is also mobile delivery to hungry children in Titusville.

Throughout the pandemic, TCHP has continued to be a constant for kids during a time of great uncertainty. It would not have been possible without the individuals like you, in so many organizations throughout Brevard that see the need, and aim to help us end childhood hunger locally.
